This website serves as a personal presentation of a smart product which I invented and constructed for final trimming of edges on plastic foam boards frequently used
in signmaking production. Based on the success of the first prototype version I have designed a second version and incorporated new elements. Alloy is replaced by
stainless steel, user adjustment has been added and overall the product is improved for maximum quality and user comfort.
I no longer produce the first version, I have replaced it
with the second, which surpasses it in all respects.
Transport is organised by the Czech Post Office. Should you be interested in another form of transport it is necessary to request this in writing to the e-mail stated in the Contact section.
The delivery term depends on the means of transport selected.
Bank transfer - after sending the order form you shall receive a proforma invoice to your stated e-mail address. After payment the product is sent to your address.
Paypal - (for PayPal account holders) after sending the order form you shall be redirected to the PayPal payment system. After implementing payment you shall receive an e-mail
confirming payment of the order and the product shall then be sent to your address.
Credit card - after sending the order form you shall be redirected to the PayPal payment system. Select payment by credit card. Enter the necessary information
and implement the payment. After implementing payment you shall receive an e-mail confirming payment of the order and the product shall then be sent to your address.
Cash on Delivery - payment in cash upon receipt of the consignment from the postal forwarder (Czech and Slovak Republics only).
I provide a two-year guarantee on the product Edge Remover 2, beginning on the day of receipt of the product. The guarantee relates only to clear production defects. Products damaged by unprofessional use, extreme mechanical stress or improper handling shall not be accepted for reclaim.
In the case of manifest damage to the packaging of the consignment and suspicion of a possible defect customers have the right to refuse to accept the consignment. On the basis of this finding the customer shall draft a reclaim protocol together with the forwarder and send a copy thereof to the e-mail address stated in the Contact section, together with notification of the reclaim. In the case that the consignment is accepted, customers must apply the reclaim in person with the forwarder who delivered the consignment.
Send the damaged product to the address stated in the Contact section, or document the defect by means of a digital photograph sent by e-mail, attach a description of the defect and a copy of the tax document. In the case that the reclaim is acknowledged you shall be sent a new product.
If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return it for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of purchase, providing that the following conditions are met:
a) The product must be returned undamaged in the condition in which you receive it.
b) A copy of the tax document and a request for the return of the price, stating the account number, must be packaged together with the product.
Personal data of customers is protected against publication and any misuse, and is used only for sending the ordered consignment and for communication with the customer.
